3 Yrs + work experience and thorough knowledge on Networker Backup Solution administration, Understanding on Data Domain operations (any other DPS exp. Is advantage).
Understanding of other IT Infra Services (Linux, Windows, DB, Networks, Storage etc.,).
Quick learner, ready to learn new tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
Support 24×7 rotational shifts.
Support routine day-to-day BAU Operations adhering to SLAs.
(Health Checks, Backups Monitoring, managing INC#/SR#s/TASK#s/WO#s, Retriggering/tracking failed jobs, reporting issues to higher level, preparing summaries for the day/week/month, capturing/analyzing logs for failures, connecting with platforms teams for fix implementation, supporting adhoc backup/restore req#s etc.,).
Backup Config(provisioning/decommissioning) tasks.
Participating CR# tasks execution with L2/L3 guidance
